Docker & Docker Compose

For modern, portable infrastructure, Docker Compose is the de facto standard. RasnuOS provides a first-class orchestration interface for complex container deployments.

First-Class Integration

Unlike legacy panels that treat Docker as an afterthought, RasnuOS treats containers as primary citizens.

When you deploy a docker-compose.yml file through RasnuOS, the Agent acts as a native orchestrator:

  1. It pulls the specified Git repository.
  2. It securely injects the encrypted environment variables directly into the isolated container context.
  3. It natively executes docker compose up -d --build.

Real-Time Container Analytics

Because the RasnuOS Agent runs natively on the host, it interfaces directly with the Docker socket.

From the RasnuOS dashboard, you can view real-time telemetry for every single container running in your stack:

  • Live CPU & Memory constraints.
  • Network I/O and Block I/O.
  • The precise exit code of crashed containers.

You can securely view the isolated log stream of a specific container directly in your browser without ever SSHing into the host.

Image Webhooks (Push-to-Deploy)

RasnuOS generates unique Webhook Endpoints for your Docker projects.

You can configure your CI/CD pipeline (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) to hit this webhook whenever a new Docker image is successfully built and pushed to your private registry (like AWS ECR or Docker Hub).

The RasnuOS Control Plane receives the webhook, verifies the authentication payload, and instantly commands the Agent to pull the new image and perform a rolling restart of the container cluster.
