Custom Scripts

While RasnuOS's AutoPilot and deployment engine handle 99% of standard infrastructure tasks, enterprise environments often contain highly specific edge cases.

Perhaps you need to run a proprietary database migration tool, or trigger a custom Go binary to flush a hardware cache.

RasnuOS accommodates these edge cases natively through the Custom Scripts engine.

Remote Execution

You can define Custom Scripts directly in the RasnuOS UI. These scripts can be written in any language supported by your server (Bash, Python, Node.js, Go).

Once defined, you can execute these scripts across entire Server Groups with a single click.

Secure Parameter Injection

Hardcoding variables into scripts is a security risk. RasnuOS allows you to define strict input parameters for your Custom Scripts.

When an engineer triggers a script, the UI dynamically generates a form prompting them for the required parameters. These inputs are securely injected into the script execution as environment variables.

Because these parameters are routed through the Control Plane's security engine, they are validated against SQL-injection and shell-escape attacks before they ever reach the Agent.
