Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
At Rasnu, we want to ensure you are satisfied with our infrastructure control plane. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase—including base subscriptions, add-ons, or prepaid top-ups—you may request a refund within 30 days of your transaction. We will process your refund request without any conditional exceptions.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time directly through your Billing Dashboard (os.rasnu.com). If you cancel, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. You will retain access to your paid tier features and any purchased add-ons or top-ups until that term expires.
3. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. All refunds are processed strictly in accordance with Paddle's standard terms and conditions and issued directly back to your original payment method.
